The shame is that memories improve with age. Space makes things that are far away look smaller, time does the same thing. Except time is more forgiving, it diminishes pain and hardship more than happiness. By the time your mind finishes editing a memory to its satisfaction, holding on to it becomes a struggle.

Ah, but there are worse things than losing your memory. When your body stops working, your memories only serve to taunt you anyway. They thrust into your mind, and force it to look at what it's missing. Your only escape is drug-induced catatonia.

In fact, that's just where I'm about to go. My injection was a few momentsd ago and should satrt to take effect soon. I hope as the soluuutions pass through my ssytem that Ill get a bettor uns understanding of bothagging and c a t onia and the rusch of thoughts is amazing as my hearing isgone.
My perfifal vision is fadding and I'm tunnle vision now. For somme reasonqwx my lips are numb. I loved that dog and I'm havgot a harder time conncentratingg the screen fills my vision now and I cant see arounddit
