     When I was younger my mother told me about her friend Ruth. Ruth claimed to have all the world's rules written on the inside of her bra and if she was puzzled about a rule she would look there and declare the answer. Ruth had a great deal of area to search for the answers and could probably keep several volumes there. (Which is probable, considering all the rules there must be to run the world.)

     Is it possible that that is actually the source for all the rules in the world? Or just our area, and somewhere in South Korea there is another over abundant woman with the rules to Asia kept there. (Only, come to think of it, perhaps that's why all the political problems occur there. They lost their rules.)
